China's finished sugar, food and beverage manufacturing growth in April

Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics released data on the output and growth rate of major domestic industrial products in April 2011. The data for the sugar industry, food manufacturing industry, and beverage manufacturing industry are as follows. Finished sugar: In April 2011, the output of domestic refined sugar was 519,000 tons, an increase of 53.1% over the same period of the previous year. From January to April 2011, China produced 7.819 million tons of refined sugar, which was an increase of 1.4% over the same period of the previous year.

Food manufacturing industry: In April 2011, China's food manufacturing industry (excluding tobacco products) increased by 14.3% year-on-year from April last year, and cumulatively increased by 15.3% year-on-year from January to April this year.

Beverage manufacturing industry: In April 2011, China's beverage manufacturing industry increased by 16.8% over the same period of last year, accumulating 17% year-on-year from January to April this year.

Among them, 9.334 million tons of soft drinks were produced in April, with a total production of 32.818 million tons in January-April, up 25.8% from the same period last year from January to April.

According to the national standard, the classification of soft drinks includes: carbonated beverages (products) (sodas), fruit juices (pulps) and fruit drinks (products), vegetable juices, and vegetable juice beverages (products).
