Seed
processing plant is a complete set production line composed

the dust, big size impurity, small size impurity, stones, immature, eaten,
sicken seeds out. Seed treating procedure will coat the protective chemical
film on seeds' surface to improve seed germination rate. One Seed Processing Line normally including

This 10 ton wheat seed processing line includes: 5XTK-10 wheat huller, 5XZC-15 seed
cleaner & grader, 5XZ-10 gravity separator, 5XFJ-10 seed Grading Machine , 2 sets 5BY-5B seed
coating machine and 2 SETS DCS-50B Bagging Scale System.

Wheat huller: Hulling and removing the husk
on wheat seeds
Seed cleaner & grader: Removing the
dust, oversize and undersize impurity
Gravity separator: Separating the immature,
eaten, sicken, moldy, bad seeds.
Grading machine: Grading wheat seed by size
difference to 2 levels
Seed coating machine: The two different
level seeds go to different seed coating machine for chemical dressing.
Bagging Scale : Finished wheat are being
weighted and packed to bag.

This client main crop is rice seed.
Considering of the raw material condition, our engineer made following cleaning
recommendation. Whole plant is made of drum precleaner, debearder, fine seed
cleaner, thickness separator, gravity separator, seed coating machine, bagging
scale system.

Some people think that if all the dogs are fed meat, they can make them grow strong. This is actually a wrong practice. Eating whole meat not only does not make the dog robust, but it is difficult to absorb due to indigestion and causes most dogs to have diarrhea. Although there are many proteins in meat, vitamin A/D/E and iodine are less. At the same time, there are more calcium and less phosphorus in meat. If meat is eaten for a long time, it may easily cause psoriasis body imbalance due to imbalance of calcium and phosphorus, and it is easy to break. Or the presence of limping can not be used to feed large quantities of meat too early for large dogs, or the forelimb may be bent.
In the feeding of puppies, water is absolutely indispensable. Always put a pot of clear water in a fixed place so that it can be consumed before and after eating and exercising.
Puppies should be supplemented with calcium powder and vitamins, which are necessary for the growth of teeth and bones. Each should have an appropriate amount of outdoor exercise and be exposed to ultraviolet radiation to facilitate the absorption of calcium.
In the management of puppies, it is necessary to prevent a small number of puppies from eating too much food. The daily food intake should be determined by the size of the dog and should not be fed too full. In addition, because puppies are still in the development of the gastrointestinal tract, they should pay more attention to hygiene to prevent gastrointestinal disease.
