Reasons for improper installation of compressed air flow meters
The problem of improper installation of compressed air flow meters is manifested in many aspects:
(1) The length of the upstream and downstream diameter pipe sections of the instrument is not enough, the sealing pad protrudes into the pipe, the pipe shrinks, the expansion and obstruction flow block, and the flow field is seriously disturbed.
(2) Poor installation of a gas measuring pipe containing a trace amount of gas or a gas measuring pipe of a trace amount of liquid causes a compressed air flow meter of a heterogeneous fluid to measure the retention in the pipe, causing interference to the measurement.
(3) When measuring the liquid, install the flowmeter on the pipe that flows vertically from top to bottom or downwardly, or install the compressed air flowmeter at the outlet of the pipe without back pressure, causing the liquid to be unsatisfactory.
(4) The installation position of the compressed air flowmeter is too close to the power source, there is not enough upstream straight pipe section and effective damping measures.
(5) When measuring the high temperature medium, the compressed air flow meter is installed horizontally in the forward direction. The converter is located directly above the pipeline, and the pipeline insulation measures are not in place, causing the high temperature of the pipeline to directly bake the converter components, causing damage to the electronic components.
(6) If the electrical installation is incorrect or the supply voltage is abnormal, the converter of the instrument cannot cause work and damage.
