Abstract: The permeability of carbon dioxide is one of the important performance indicators of cling film materials. In this paper , the carbon dioxide permeation of nano-preservative film was tested by the differential pressure method VAC-VBS differential pressure gas permeation instrument, and the plastic film material was carbon dioxide-permeable through the introduction of the test principle, equipment parameters, application range and test process. 1 , meaning

4 , test equipment

4.1 Test principle

The principle of differential pressure method is to maintain a certain pressure difference on both sides of the sample during the test. After the sample is clamped to the test chamber of the device, the test chamber is divided into upper and lower chambers, the upper chamber is filled with a certain pressure of test gas carbon dioxide, and the lower chamber is vacuumed to form a low pressure environment, such a sample A certain pressure difference is formed on both sides. During the test, the carbon dioxide in the upper chamber is slowly infiltrated into the lower chamber by the upper chamber through the sample, which causes the lower chamber pressure to rise. When the stable penetration is reached, the pressure and penetration time in the lower chamber. In a linear relationship, based on this linear relationship, the carbon dioxide transmission rate of the sample can be calculated.

4.3 Equipment parameters

5 , the test process

(1) Three pieces of a sample having a diameter of 97 mm were cut from the surface of the nano-film wrap film to be tested .

(2) applying a layer of vacuum grease in the test chamber 3 surrounding the device, a filter paper were placed in the test area, the three samples were attached to the test chamber, and gently pressed between the bubbles and the sample test chamber is removed Then clamp with the clamping device.

(3) Connect the carbon dioxide gas source, set the sample name, test temperature, humidity, test mode, vacuum time and other parameter information on the equipment control software. Click the test option to open the vacuum pump and the test starts.

(4) The equipment is automatically tested according to the set parameters. After the test is completed, the test results are displayed.

6 , test results
