1. Connect the gas flowing out of the oxygen cylinder to the oxygen flowmeter anesthesia tank through the pipeline, and then connect the breathing mask or the induction box ;

2. Pass an appropriate amount of oxygen to check the air tightness of the gas passage to ensure no air leakage ;

3, according to the needs of the experiment, put a certain amount of anesthetic, about 20 ~ 50ml, and tighten the entrance to the hemp. When there is no anesthetic during the experiment, first adjust the anesthesia tank to 0 scale, then add an anesthetic ;

4. At the beginning of the test, place the oxygen tank pressure gauge between 0.2 and 0.3, and open the recovery fan with the activated carbon sheet installed ;

5. Flowmeter control: When the animal is induced, the oxygen flowmeter is controlled at 1L/min; when the breathing mask is connected, the flowmeter controls the flow rate at 0.4~0.6L/min ;

6, the control of the anesthesia tank: when the animal is induced to open to 5% concentration; when accessing the breathing mask, control at 2% ~ 3% concentration ;

7. After the experiment is over, first adjust the scale of the anesthesia tank to 0, then turn off the inlet valve of the oxygen tank ;

8, in the short-term anesthesia (within 10min), can be carried out in the general test bench; if long-term anesthesia (15 minutes or more), you need to operate in the fume hood, recycling fan for auxiliary use ;

9. After the experiment is over, keep the anesthesia canister closed (scale 0), and the remaining anesthetic in the anesthesia canister can be stored in the anesthesia canister .
