Second, pay attention to the points in processing. Cooking temperature should not be too high, should be controlled at about 92 °C, the maximum does not exceed 102 °C. In order to avoid browning of raw materials and finished products, it can be immersed in 0.1-0.2% sodium sulfite solution for 10 minutes.
