Field plot experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of zinc, boron, copper, molybdenum, manganese, and agricultural rare earths on the yield and quality of pakchoi under the main fertilization mode (organic fertilizer combined application). The results showed that there was no obvious effect on the yield of pakchoi with the application of trace element fertilizer or rare earth, but all of them could reduce the nitrate and nitrite content of pakchoi to varying degrees. Compared with the control, the nitrates of pakchoi cabbage in spring and autumn were compared with the control. The content decreased by 3.1% to 28.2% and 6.4% to 43.0%, and the nitrite content decreased by 3.0% to 54.5% and 0.0% to 20.0%, respectively; the vitamin C in Chinese cabbage in spring and the soluble sugar content in Chinese cabbage in autumn increased respectively. 18.6%~82.4% and 3.6%~67.9%; the content of nitrate nitrogen in plough layer soil decreased by 8.5%~69.9%, and the content of ammonium nitrogen increased by 88.2%~157.4%. Comprehensive analysis showed that different fertilization treatments with organic manure combined with inorganic fertilizer and spraying zinc fertilizer had better effect, which not only reduced the nitrate content of pakchoi, but also increased the content of vitamin C and soluble sugar.
