Corn starch 50 kg, salt 0.75 kg, alum 2 kg, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na) 100 g, vegetable oil 50 g.

(1) Modulation Place the cornstarch in the dough mixer and mix well. The salt, alum and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose are dissolved in warm water and placed in a dough mixer to prepare a mixture of various raw materials. The total water consumption is about 15 kg.
(2) Squeezing Processed with a dedicated fan machine. The prepared starch dough was allowed to stand for 15 minutes, then placed in a fan machine and extruded into a fan through a fine hole. The starch has been gelatinized in the fan machine and does not need to be cooked. During the extrusion process, the fans are blown off by a blower. After reaching a certain length, they are cut with scissors and placed neatly on the chopping board. The height of the stack is about 0.5 m.
(3) Aging Use a plastic sheet to wrap the code on the chopping board to make it tightly airtight, boring for about 8 hours, and the indoor temperature is 10-15 °C.
(4)æ‰æ“ Fans after aging are put into cold water for sputum to separate the sticky fans.
(5) drying Remove the fans from the water, hang them neatly on a clean bamboo rack, or dry them in the drying room.
(6) Weighing and packaging: Weigh according to product specifications, package in plastic bags, and heat seal.

(1) Sensory index It is white, bright, pure in taste, uniform in thickness, no draws, no shreds, soft and elastic, no impurities.
(2) Physical and chemical indicators Starch content ≥ 70%; moisture ≤ 16%; arsenic (as As) ≤ 0.5 mg / kg; lead (in Pb) ≤ 1.0 mg.
