Tender corn summer storage winter sale

The tender corn is rich in nutrients, sweet and delicious, and the corn preservative is used to treat the tender corn ear, which is stored in the winter and can be multiplied.

1. Harvest at the right time

After the corn seed has not yet solidified, the filaments are not dried, and the nails are harvested when the seeds are pulped.

2. Young ear treatment

The wok is filled with half a pot of water, and the corn preservative is added to prepare a 0.4%-0.5% aqueous solution. After heating and boiling, the tender corn ear which is turned to the back is placed in a pan and boiled for 5-7 minutes. When the grain becomes yellowish and semi-ripe, remove it and put it into a pot containing 0.4% of preservative solution. When it is not hot, remove it, drain it and put it in the sun until it is half dry. It can also be dried in a dryer at 80 °C.

3. Storage

Use a ventilated and light-proof room with no rats. Use a new brick to build a 25-30 cm city-made ventilated wall, sprinkle lime, and then sulphur (2 g per cubic meter). The dried corn ears are then placed in baskets or woven bags and stacked in the chamber.

4. Tender restoration

When selling or eating, first wash the corn ear with water, soak it in the water with the right amount of sweetener and corn cob spice, until the nail can break the grain, remove it, cook it in the pan, and heat the corn. The ear of the ear is restored and ready for consumption.

5. Precautions

(1) After the treatment of tender corn ears, it should be dried to half dry on the same day. If it rains, it can't be piled up the next day, so as not to heat up and become sour, and the corn ear that is too late to dry can be re-treated at regular intervals and sterilized at high temperature.

(2) The ear of corn that has been boiled for too long in the preservative solution is difficult to recover after storage, and the boiling time should be prolonged before consumption.

(3) When the warehouse smells sour, it can be fumigated with 2 grams of sulfur per cubic meter.

(4) After the temperature of the fresh-keeping liquid of the cooling young ear is raised, it can be added to the pot for boiling water.
