Gas chromatograph gas path and startup solution is not normal

â–²The gas path is not normal.

The finger system is blocked, leaking, no pressure indication, no gas output, etc.

A. Check if the air source part (cylinder, gas generator, etc.) is normal.

B. Check if the gas input is normal by using the input gas pressure gauge, otherwise check whether the external air circuit such as the purifier and the pressure regulator are normal.

C. If it is a carrier gas flow, check the gas output of the injector before and after the column, otherwise check the regulator valve to the column.

D. If it is a hydrogen or air flow path, you can use the gas adapter on the top of the instrument to check whether the gas output is normal, otherwise check the regulator valve to the gas transfer frame.

E. Check if the gas input and output of the detector are normal.

F. Sealing at the appropriate place in the pneumatic system and observing the indication changes of the corresponding pressure gauge is a common method for checking for leaks.

G. For safety reasons, the hydrogen flow path can be checked with nitrogen.

â–²The instrument is not starting properly.

After the power is turned on, the instrument does not respond or the initialization is abnormal.

A. Shut down and unplug the power cord to check if the grid voltage and grounding wire are normal.

B. Use a multimeter to check that the main unit fuse, transformer and its connectors, power switch and its connectors, and other cables are normal.

C. Plug in the power plug and turn it on again to see if the instrument is normal.

D. If the startup is normal and the initialization is not normal, follow the prompts to check accordingly.

E. If the motor is running normally and the display is not normal, check if the keyboard/display section is normal.

F. If the display is normal and the motor is not working properly, check if the motor, its transformer, fuse, etc. are normal.

G. If necessary, unplug some components that are not related to initialization and observe them.

H. If the initialization is still not normal, it is basically determined that the microcomputer board is faulty.
