Pear pod processing method
The pear fruit is crushed by clean water and cut into four pieces. After digging, it is immersed in 1% salt water to prevent discoloration. Baking in the pot, baked in the drying room at 55 °C ~ 60 °C for 6 ~ 8 hours, heated to 70 °C, bake to the end of the end, cooling to 60 °C continue to bake until the fruit block moisture content of 16% ~ 18% so far. It usually needs to be baked for 24 hours. After being baked, it can be packaged into pear tart products.
