According to Chen Hao, the National Food Safety Supervision System Plan 2011-2015 during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” led by the State Council’s Food Safety Office has decided to include evaluation center construction in key construction projects. By the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” appraisal center will be built into an authoritative technical organization for food safety with scientific credibility and international influence, and at the same time establish a national food safety risk assessment system supported by the national center as a leader and local risk assessment technical support organization.
