Agricultural Machinery Prepares Diesel Engines

Diesel oil, commonly known as oil residue, is the product of a liquid oil fuel after oil is refined. It consists of a mixture of different hydrocarbons. The main component is a paraffin, naphthene or aromatic hydrocarbon containing 9-18 carbon atoms. Its chemical and physical properties are located between gasoline and heavy oil, with a boiling point between 170-390°C and a density of 0.82-0.845 kg/dm3. Diesel can be used as fuel for vehicles, tanks, airplanes, tractors, railway vehicles, etc., or other mechanical equipment. It can also be used for power generation, heating, etc. Diesel is the main fuel for agricultural machinery.

The standard diesel code for agricultural machinery is NY/T208-2006. The standard specifies agricultural diesel engine quality evaluation indicators, inspection methods and inspection rules. This standard applies to the quality evaluation of agricultural diesel engines.

Agricultural machinery prepares diesel standard main technical content:

1. Security and warning signs

When the diesel engine unit is in use, all exposed rotating parts and the transmission mechanism and high temperature parts that may pose danger to operators must be equipped with protective devices and warning signs. Protective shells, bulkheads, etc. should be rigid enough to be removed only when using tools.

2. Quality evaluation indicators

(1) Start-up performance Man-powered start-up requires a temperature of 5 °C, and non-manual startup requires a temperature of -5 °C. The diesel engine is repeated three times in a predetermined temperature environment for a start-up test. Each interval is 2 minutes, and at least 2 of 3 requests are successful. Every time you start, the manpower start is no more than 30 seconds; the non-manpower start is no more than 10 seconds, and the others are no more than 15 seconds.

(2) Calibration power Under standard environmental conditions and diesel engine calibration speed, the engine power and power tolerance are 5%; for overloaded diesel engines, the overload power tolerance is 5%.

(3) The fuel consumption rate and oil consumption rate of 7.5 kw ≤ power ≤ 18 kw diesel engine variable load average fuel consumption rate should not exceed 120% of the standard specified by the enterprise standard fuel consumption; power 18 kW diesel engine does not assess the single machine variable load average fuel consumption rate. The diesel engine partial load and maximum torque condition fuel consumption rate should be assessed according to the following provisions: calibration speed, 50% load conditions diesel engine calibration conditions ignition oil consumption percentage of ≤ 112 (114)%; calibration speed, 75% load conditions The percentage of ignition oil consumption rate of diesel engine calibration conditions is ≤ 105%; the maximum torque condition of diesel engine calibration conditions is ≤ 100% of the ignition oil consumption rate.

(4) Speed regulation characteristics For fixed power use: Instantaneous regulation rate ≤ 12%, stable regulation rate ≤ 8%; for tractors: stable regulation rate ≤ 8%; for combine harvesters: stable regulation rate ≤ 5%; agricultural vehicles Use: Stable regulation rate ≤10%; Generator use: Instantaneous regulation rate ≤10%, Stable regulation rate ≤ 5%.

(5) Torque characteristics The torque reserve ratio of single cylinder machine is ≥12%, the ratio of the maximum torque point speed to the calibration speed is ≤80%; the torque reserve ratio of multi-cylinder machine is ≥15%, the ratio of the maximum torque point speed to the calibration speed is ≤ 75%; The torque reserve ratio of the vehicle diesel engine is ≥12%, and the ratio of the maximum torque point rotation speed to the calibration rotation speed is ≤70%.
