First, stop the fish facilities. Before the reservoir is stocked with economic fish, it must establish a fish-blocking facility at all inlets and outlets of the reservoir, and strengthen day-to-day management and maintenance to prevent fish escape accidents. There are three types of fish-reserve facilities in the reservoir: fish-mesh-stopping facilities, electric-fish-blocking facilities, and bamboo-and-barrier-fishing facilities.

Second, stocking types and specifications. There are a large number of plankton in the reservoir. The carp should be the main breeding object, and fish species such as omnivorous grasshoppers, earthworms, and herbivorous grass carp, earthworms, maggots, etc., which are mainly eaten by benthic animals, can also be stocked. The size of the fingerlings to be put in should be larger. The species of fish put in the reservoir should be of the same specifications, lively, robust, and disease-free.

Third, stocking conditions. Should be carried out on a sunny day. Do not put it near the dam area or in ducks and birds. When entering the water, it should be slow. It is best to disinfect before storage.

Fourth, correct fishing. Due to the general depth of the reservoir, the bottom is uneven, resulting in fishing difficulties, generally can be used to feed on the food platform to attract fish and gradually pull the net; at the same time, several nets should be used in combination to increase the capture rate. In addition, the amount of fishery fishing should generally be controlled to be slightly lower than the growth of the fish in the reservoir in the same year. Otherwise, the fish production capacity of the reservoir will be reduced.
