Check before driving
Check that all safety accessories are available, safety valve, pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, and thermometer are normal.
Check that each valve should be closed and there is no leakage in the pipeline connection.
Feed
Open the vacuum system and the circulating cooling water system to check for leaks. When the two-effect vacuum reaches 0.08 Mp or more, the feed valve is opened, and the feed valve is closed when the liquid reaches half of the sight glass in the evaporation chamber.
concentrate
Open the steam valve and the first-effect condensate drain valve and start to concentrate. The steam pressure should be less than 0.1Mpa. When operating, the vacuum of the first and second effects should be kept within the proper range. Observed from the sight glass, the liquid in the evaporation chamber should enter the evaporator in the form of a spray. Otherwise, the corresponding vacuum regulating valve should be opened or the other vacuum valve should be closed to improve the vacuum of the effect.
During the concentration process, when the condensate level in the second-effect condensate collector reaches the middle of the mirror, close the valve between the vapor-liquid separator and the second-effect condensate collector, and then open the second-effect condensate collector vent valve and Condensate drain valve to drain condensate.
During the concentration process, when the height of the condensed water in the liquid tank reaches the middle of the mirror, the two valves connecting the upper and lower chambers of the liquid receiving tank are closed, the lower chamber emptying valve is opened, and then the sewage valve is opened to discharge the condensation in the liquid receiving tank. water. Discharge
After the concentration is completed, the vacuum system and the steam valve are closed, and the discharge valve and the discharge pump are opened to deliver the liquid medicine.
maintenance
If the evaporation capacity of the unit is significantly reduced during the operation, the heating chamber should be shut down and the scale layer on the heat exchange tube can be brushed off with a round wire brush to restore normality. The cleaning cycle depends on whether the material is easy to structure.
If the equipment vacuum does not meet the requirements, check the equipment for leaks and the vacuum system is working properly.
