Recently, the jujube will gradually mature, and during this time it happens to be the peak period of fruit flies, causing special headaches for fruit growers. To this end, the author interviewed Yang Ronghui, an expert, and asked her to give fruit farmers control of fruit fly support.
"Before the jujube matures, we must pay special attention to fruit flies. The fruit flies will not only leave pods on the surface of the fruit, but also the larvae after hatching will eat fruit flesh and cause fruit malformation, internal rot, and a large number of fruit drop, resulting in yield. And the rate of commodities has fallen." Yang Ronghui said that prevention and control of fruit flies must start with agricultural control and biological control.

The prevention and control of agriculture should be started after the fruit is dropped from the first year. After the fruit is dropped, the garden should be cleared immediately, and the orchards and nearby weeds, residues, and defeated leaves should be cleaned up and disposed of in a centralized manner so that fruit fly larvae, eggs, and quails do not have wintering sites. Ploughing orchards and nearby soil in winter and spring can reduce and kill larvae, migratory locusts and slugs in winter.
Biological control is aimed at the sensitive characteristics of fruit fly adults to insect sex attractants. During the peak period of fruit flies, taking 3 to 5 insect sex traps per mu of orchard to collect fruit fly adults can greatly reduce hazards. Yang Ronghui reminded farmers that if the situation is more serious, they can also choose 10% Kangfulin 600-800 times liquid and other biological pesticides. In the fruit fly peak period, spray once every 7 days, and even spray 2 or 3 times.
